Diamond Liquor

Diamond Liquor is an online spirits-specialist retailer. Diamond Liquor's Liquor License does not permit personal shopping, only orders to be delivered. We are based in Australia, hence all prices are in Australian dollars. We deliver to all parts of Australia but do not export alcohol to other countries.

Payment

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal or bank deposit. When you place your order online via the shopping cart, card payment is received and your order is confirmed. An invoice is sent by email on confirmation of the order. If you elect to pay by bank deposit those details are advised in the payment option of the website and on the invoice. Payments by card and PayPal are processed securely by eWay, a third party payment processor. eWay's website is www.eway.com.au Diamond Liquor doesn't handle, process or store any credit card details.

Delivery

You have the option of delivery service - Post or courier. In some instances, where you have selected Post, we may elect to send by courier if we deem it a safer or faster option for your order.

When your order is sent you will be advised by email and supplied a tracking number for the parcel. You can follow the parcel's movements online and know when the delivery is near to be delivered or if delivery must be collected. Often you will receive tracking informaton via text message to your mobile phone.
If an item has not been received within a reasonable amount of time, check the courier tracking. Diamond Liquor does not follow the tracking of every parcel sent and so the purchaser is provided the tracking details so they can track their parcel online. You may lodge an enquiry with the delivery company with any questions about the delivery transit. If you have no satisfaction, send us an email by replying to the Diamond Liquor order confirmation email and we will endeavour to assist.

If a parcel is lost or broken we may be able to send you a new order after discussing with the courier. Should any other issues arise an email or phone call to Diamond Liquor with your order number, details and explanation of the issue will help us investigate.

Refund/Exchange

Because spirits are food, no returns are permitted. You cannot return any food items purchased on our website for health and safety reasons. Please make sure you are purchasing the item you want.

Privacy Policy

When Diamond Liquor will collect information from you as you place your order. The information will be used to fulfill the order's delivery and comply with liquor license regulations. Your name and delivery information is not passed onto any other party other than those delivering your order. Your email address may be used in future by Diamond Liquor to send information about new or interesting spirits we have. Your credit card is not processed by and details are not collected by Diamond Liquor.
