The Gastro Gin was created by Jonnie Boer, awarded chef from De Librije Restaurant, in Zwolle, Netherlands. The search for the perfect gastronomical gin brought on this intriguing mix of 5 kinds of pepper, 2 kinds of fennel, lemon verbena, grapefruit and other citrus, all of them on top of a selection of ‘gin botanicals’. This gin is a very daring mix of flavours, perfectly suited for food-pairings due to its original complexity. All ingredients are organic where possible and locally grown in The Netherlands. Gastrogin doesn’t have one perfect serve, we challenge you to create your own!
