The Potocki family have been distilling this version of vodka since 1944, macerating the freshly picked grass in order to preserve all of its aromas. Bursting with beautiful vegetal freshness and a remarkable vanilla-scented sweetness, this vodka moves from aromatic to a unique creaminess, showing extreme harmony. The palate layering unveils spices and a growing roasted finish.
Tasting notes: Generous helpings of freshness and vivaciousness start with notes of fresh grass, lemon and anise on the initial nose. Juicy citrus fruits (orange and tangerine) and sweet spices (cumin and cinnamon) then make their entrance.
The palate is an extension of this aromatic pallete, featuring new spices (pepper and star anise). Particularly voluptuous, the vanilla-scented effect at the end of the palate lets freshly picked herbs take centre stage alongside roasted notes (coffee and toasted hazelnuts).
